Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe
- 1/2 c. peanut butter, smooth (or nut butter of your choice: almond, macadamia, etc.)
- 1/2 c. coconut oil (melted in a glass container in a bowl of hot water if needed)
- 3/4 c. maple syrup
- 1 c. raw cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth, then pour and spread into a glass container. Cover and chill in fridge until firm. Cut into 1" squares and enjoy cold. Store in fridge.
