Chocolate Coconut Cream Fudge Recipe
Healthy Fast Fudge!
When I was a little girl, I remember that at the holidays my grandmother would make chocolate fudge. It was a slow careful process taking 40 minutes and involving a candy thermometer, not to mention white sugar, canned condensed milk, and corn syrup!
As a mama and health advocate today, I don't want to feed my kids processed sweeteners or canned milk, and I want healthy treats that I can make in less than 10 minutes.
Here is an awesome fudge recipe that gives you energy, is not too sweet, and includes only healthy ingredients! Treat yourself right and use the highest quality organic raw ingredients when possible.
Chocolate Coconut Cream Fudge
1 c. organic raw coconut butter
1 c. raw cacao powder
3/4 c. raw honey
1/2 tsp. organic vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. sea salt
Melt the coconut butter in a glass jar in a bowl of hot water for 5 to 10 minutes until soft and can be stirred into a liquid. Add the coconut butter, cacao powder, honey, vanilla, and salt together in a bowl until smooth and consistent. Now stir in some love! Then, pour into a small square glass pan, smooth the top out with a spatula, cover, and cool until firm. Cut into small squares and serve.
