Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe: Healthy + Vegan

Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe - Easy and Vegan

This simple healthy fudge recipe has 6 real food ingredients and takes only 5 minutes to put together. Then all you have to do is wait until it firms up in the fridge to cut and eat.

While satisfying chocolate cravings and having a luxurious smoothness, this fudge also has protein, healthy fats and minerals to replenish and nourish.

Indulge in Healthy Ingredients

This fudge treat tastes so good and is a healthy alternative to help me bypass the tempting displays of chocolate peanut butter cups at the grocery store.

Even chocolate bars and cups made with fair-trade or organic chocolate may have refined sugar or soy lecithin in them.

If you want to indulge in a chocolate treat - make it yourself. That way you know that the ingredients you are using are the highest quality and you'll save money.

I always choose the highest quality ingredients, go for organic and raw as much as possible, for the best taste and nutrition.

Organic Raw Cacao is the pure bean that chocolate comes from, before all that sugar and milk is added to it to create conventional chocolate. The cacao bean is a superfood packed with flavanoids, which are antioxidants that support heart health and more, as well as theobromine and anandamide which boost mood and uplift emotions. Cacao is also high in magnesium and B vitamins, which may be why many women crave it before their cycles.

Choose wisely to nourish your health!
